A similar property just sold on November 30, 2006 listed at $2,300,000 and sold close to asking in the $2,000,000 range at 3340-3350 West 53rd Ave.
The most recent sale in this area was at 6786 Blenheim St, in the $3.5M range - a 4500 sq ft Home on a large equestrian estate, including a four horse barn.
